Superior customer support has always been a priority at Capella Telecommunications. To enhance our services, Capella now manages technical support through our Customer Web Portal, a secure, interactive web site.
This online support system allows our clients to submit incidents (any questions and concerns about any of Capella's product lines) for prompt attention and solutions from our experienced technical staff.

The Customer Web Portal is comprised of a personalized home page, which Capella customers can access at any time from anywhere. This on-line support system allows customers to:
- Submit new incidents (questions or concerns) about any of Capella's product lines
- View and update existing support tickets and send attachments
- Be instantly notified via email when an incident has been updated
- Engage in Web conversation with the support team
- Search the Customer Web Portal knowledge base
- Request product information
- Download documents and software such as upgrades and patches
- Access documentation on known problems and their solutions
To get started:
- Using your browser, fill in your contact information on the new customer page
- Your login and temporary password will be sent to your email account
- Log in and re-set password
- Explore the site! To submit a question or concern about any Capella product, click the "Submit New" button
