Capella Telecommunications Inc. Announces Acquisition of Incospec Communications Inc.

September 15, 2015 – PETERBOROUGH, ONTARIO: Capella Telecommunications Inc., a Canadian full service distributor to the Canadian telecommunications industry, announced the acquisition of Incospec Communications Inc., a Montreal based telecommunications distributor and systems integrator.

Norm Slater, president of Capella, stated that “the acquisition furthers Capella’s commitment to the Canadian industry. It broadens our line of products but more importantly adds additional resources to address the rapidly evolving technology being deployed within our industry. Incospec’s presence in the Canadian broadcasting market with products such as GatesAir is a major contribution to Capella. The addition of products such as Verimatrix will expand our ability to service the growing IPTV and OTT markets.” With the acquisition, Capella now offers out of warranty repair services, Montreal warehousing, and enhanced engineering services.

canadien oeuvrant dans l’industrie des télécommunications depuis 1993, annonce l’acquisition
d’Incospec Communications Inc., un distributeur et intégrateur de systèmes de télécommunications
basée à Montréal.
